TRUMP INDICTMENT

I think if we.... the common man.... stopped paying the taxes on property we own it would be, a ground swell, as well as ugly.
How does this change anything? They don't have the budget to send money overseas but the printing press keeps running. We don't pay, they'll print the money to pay themselves and for our 3 hots and a cot.

I don't have a counterpoint or an argument, its a genuine question.

I would be interested, without, doing any research. In those countries! 😘

Fucked if I know! But if you no longer pay property tax. And you spend some time raising your own food and bartering with your neighbors, well it takes gov out?

There's no organization to the movement. It's just a bunch of old guys shaking their fists in the air yelling at the clouds.
Who's leading this surge?
Where do we start?
Is it BYOA, or will ammo be provided?
Do we have bases set up to fall back to?
What's our method of communication?
Any thought been given to medical treatment?
What's our plan if we succeed?
What's our plan if we fail?
Supplies? Food/shelter/transportation?

Let's be honest here, there's been plenty of time to organize. Nobody has.
Now let's look at this nationally. Has anyone at a higher level of the Republican party made any effort to push back? No. Because they don't want anyone to. They are all just as corrupt and are living fat while spitting out some keywords in speeches to appease the masses.

In the meantime, the D's just keep on sticking to their plan and winning..... This is a political war, not a physical war. And the R's are getting their asses kicked because they can't differentiate between the two.
I give you no argument. You're 100% correct. As I said, I have no idea.

But if someone were to step forward to lead and organize, would they be followed, defended or simply left to be crucified?

Would you want to step out in front if all that were behind you were cowards that will leave you to hang at the first sight of a fight?

You raise alot of good questions and I wished I had the answers but even if I did, they wouldn't be post on any forum 😉

Trump never tried to force vaccines like Biden did, although he did promote them too much.

Lockdowns....my understanding is that although Trump declared an emergency and told people not to gather or travel, the lockdowns that shuttered businesses were issued by the states. I could be wrong and someone can correct me if that is the case.
Trump stated he wanted businesses back open by April but the Ds made damn certain that was not going to happen.

Honestly I do believe the whole thing was a shame executed to perfection. Yes...world wide.

I don't have a problem paying for gov fixing roads, having ambassadors to engage with other countries, providing for a standing army. As such I'm ok? Sort of with sales taxes. Because in theory you can buy or not.
This is problem now though. Too many people pay nothing, close to nothing and many people get more back than they pay in.

Therefore it's easy to not participate, demand others pay more taxes and elect those that drive that class warfare.

Everyone pays is the only answer.

I don't pretend to know that fair and sane percentage but if it is 20% then the way it works is if you make 10k/yr. you pay 2k. If you make 2m/yr. you pay 400k. Done.

Dude, Trump fucked up royally. Can't get around it. I can agree that Hilary or any other Dem would have been a total calamity for the USA but this nonsense that the Trump fanbois roll out about blaming everything on everyone else but the fucking President is a joke.

Governors did not turn the country over to Brix and Fauci.
Governors didn't create the PPP plan.
Shit, he STILL promotes the vax cause it was created under his watch and he can't bring himself to call it the failure that it is.

On and on and on.

To say or believe that the inflationary issues we are dealing with is not a huge wet blanket at Trump's feet is pathetic.

Like I have said, I will vote for him for the third time but the revisionism is embarrassing for some of you.

WTF is this talking about leaving? Seriously? So, just tuck tail and give the son of bitches what they want? Fuck that! If need be, I'll die standing. This country has the LARGEST standing army on the face of the earth and we're just going to walk away?

Um, that would be China.

Best equipped military, US by a longshot.

reward consumption and penalize production and the results are obvious

First Post-Verdict Poll Is Out - Watch Dems Tear Their Hair Out Over This

By Nick Arama | 1:50 PM on May 31, 2024

What will the impact of the guilty verdict in the Manhattan case be?

I wrote earlier about how you had people who don't like Trump saying they are now going to vote for him. I saw many of them on X. You had people saying they were going to donate or had donated whatever they could, and the Trump team is now saying they've gotten a ton of money in since the verdict came down.

But what will the impact on the election be?

We saw in the NPR/Marist poll taken prior to the verdict that there was likely to be no impact.

But now, after the verdict, J.L. Partners has taken a poll of likely voters for the Daily Mail. Prepare for the Democrats to pull their hair out over this one. We warned them.

Of those who said the 34 guilty counts had changed their view of Donald Trump, 22 percent said they now had a more favorable rating compared with 16 percent who said they viewed him more negatively.
That six-point net positive result is another sign of the way the businessman-turned-politician seems able to ride out crises that would sink anyone else. [....]
In particular, the numbers show a four-point net positive impact among independent voters, the group that could decide who is the next president in November.
It's a small sample of 400 voters, so we'll have to see more polls as they come out. But this is consistent with the prior predictions. And not only does it give Trump a bump in the polling, the voters get it, as the pollster revealed.

James Johnson, who conducted the poll, said Trump might be waking up as convicted felon but he was winning over the voters who matter.
Our snap poll of a representative sample of likely voters shows that for most Americans the trial has not changed their deep-set views of Trump,' he said.
'But amongst those who are open to changing their mind, people feel more positive by a margin of 6 points. That is outside of the margin of the error of the poll and we are saying that is significant.
'It extends to Independent voters too. Look at the explanations and it is clear why: people feel it was a politically motivated trial and view Trump as a "fighter" against what they see as injustice.
That matches the move I was seeing on the X platform of many folks who said this had moved them to vote for Trump because they could not abide the injustice that had been done here. And people who were supportive were breaking out the money to donate, some for the first time ever.

Democrats got what they wanted with a "conviction." Joe Biden will no doubt talk about it again and maybe even use it to get out of the debates. But they didn't pay attention to how the lawfare backfired on them before this. And it looks like it may be about to do that to them again.

Uh you need to go back further than that. Trump said lots of things that got him elected and then failed at 90% of them or just failed to do them.
He said he was going to drain the swamp, he didn't even come close. D's and R's, two sides of the very same coin.

This is what actually scares me. The feds used everything at their disposal for Jan 6th fake trials, trumped up charges and wrecked lives. The Right is very aware what happens if they riot. Thats my fear honestly, if they right knows they will be imprisoned for a riot why not escalate it to an assault? Honest question? Seems death and prison are still on the table no matter what.

I dont want to fight, most of the right don’t want to fight. I’m to fucking old and broken as well. But there are a lot that do want to fight. 1% of 100,000,000 is a big fucking number. 5% would be fucking nuts.
it is because they are actually scared of our side , so they have to make an example out of the little guy quickly
Our side doesn't have much bark, but actually has teeth.

Same with Trump, they are soooooo scared of him, they have to make an example out of him

Was the Tea Party planned? (I don't know)
Or was it a 'this is bullshit, watch this' conversation?

seeing a lot of comments on social media that people are not considering him because he’s a felon. We will see what happens. These are usually comments by younger people.

Are these people who suddenly flipped their vote or people who were never going to vote Trump anyways? Maybe the 3 or 4%ers

I see a bunch of never trumper republicans changing their tune. Trump raised a shitload of money the last two days. I think he gains 5% in the polls the next month.
