In case any of you haven't noticed the standard method of operations is to make accusations and let the media run with it for weeks/months to keep those accusations in the public mind.

After enough parroting the public will pass judgment no matter what the real story/evidence is.

It's trial by media.

They also like to make false accusations to put the person in a position where they're constantly defending. "He was accused of this, accused of that, also accused of this...and was accused of this back when..."

So, by creating a number of accusations you're creating that narrative of the bad guy.

And you don't have to believe all of the accusations. They just need to get you to think one of them may be true.

I originally misread what you had written I thought you were all for him getting indicted.
 
Trump certainly set many things in motion. One thing he has shown is that the whole system is too corrupt to reform by the approved and traditional means. I don't share the Republicuck Polly-anna position that we are going to just vote harder and get out of this. The only way that is going to work is a wide scale implementation of how voting worked in Athens, TN at the end of WW-II. I don't see that we have the balls to do that anymore.

Like with him assaulting the secret service and trying to take the wheel. When I first heard that it was on the radio, they said that the chick testifying was not there and sources on record with the Secret Service are denying it. SO WHY THE FUCK ARE YOU REPORTING IT! Well I know WHY, it's just frustrating. Had to turn off the radio and go back to my audiobook.

Thanks, Cpt. Obvious. But you specifically wrote that you were supportive of that action, presumably because you don't 'like' Trump. So kindly clarify for us exactly what you meant and where you stand on it.

I think you misunderstood him. He was saying the establishment needs to make an example of Trump and that he is betting that they will, not that he supports them doing so.
 
The more they do this to him that less they can complain about what happens when/if I really hope when... They investigate hunter
 
It would be funny to see him get locked up for the January 6 bs because he had the power to pardon the people who got fucked and have been locked up since then.

Zero fucks though, voting is a complete waste of time anymore.

This. Honestly DeSantis beats Biden with ease. Ironically, the only Republican candidate that the Democrats might be able to beat is the one Republican candidate who is probably unbeatable in a Republican primary.

No. They're already accusing him of instigating it.

Could you imagine the media shitstorm if he had pardoned those people?

It would only add more fuel to their accusations.
