Meh. I'm still ghey for my '14 4Runner. Love that thing. Got it used so technically Toyota didn't get any $$ from me. I doubt I will get another Toyota until they start putting real engines back in them. Fawk if I'm getting a 4 cyl to pull a trailer with a SxS through the mountains. You can quote all the HP and torq stats you want, but I can't see a 4 cyl turbo lasting too long doing that.

My dad got one about 4 months ago. It's a decent car. Nice interior. Engine is a bit of a dog. Very nice ride though. His is the non-plug hybrid. It's pretty neat how it works. Push the button to turn on and silence. Gas engine kicks in when it's needed. Sales guy told us this is the last year for the Venza.

Other than coming home to my kids saying it looks like grandma's car it's awesome. I put 30k/yr for work and getting 45.2 mpg. They are all hybrid, it's the last year of them. 3 years and 80k on the tundra, last year of the v8 so it is retired to camping and fun now (closest to a toy hauler I'll have in the near future) pulls the Sami just fine.

Venza is comfy and mpg savings are more than the payments...
