Todays what is it?

I scored a few pieces of machinery and one of them is sort of a mystery. It is a roller of some sort. I am thinking angle iron roller, but not sure.

I would attempt to try it, but I don't have 3 phase power or a phase converter yet.

They are rusting away behind my shop

I took the stomp shear into the shop and got it functional.

I still haven't figured out what the mystery machine is yet...

What ever it is, looks like it's missing pieces. Something adjustable used to mount off the front.

I'm guessing it's missing the part that centers the tank head when rolling the flange. If it is what I think it is.

Sounds reasonable. Wonder what the add on side supports were for. Maybe converted to flange straight pieces?
