Thursday what is it (old logging machine edition)

A guy stopped by our office today asking if by any chance we'd know anybody that would know anything about these old Hydro Ax machines. He said it runs good but needs the clutch/pto joint thing in the picture. There's alot of knowledge in here so I figured I'd ask here. Sorry the pics aren't bigger, it's how they were sent to me.

I image searched the picture and it might be an old version of a pto slip clutch?

99% sure thats what it is

Yeah yet again after I ask the question I kinda half assed found the answer on my own. I got asked all this kinda second hand because I was out of the office when the guy came to ask, so I've now emailed him myself to try to get more info of what his actual issue is and when he responds I'll tell him it's a slip clutch for a PTO. I don't know for sure if that's his issue, or a U joint, or broken gear box that it leads into. It was all info passed to me by a co worker who's not mechanically inclined.
