Honestly I never paid much attention to him. I knew he bitched about CA but not about Newscum himself. I just knew he moved and took his CA with him.

There are a lot of good folks in upstate NY that want nothing to do with the big cities bullshit "values".

Unfortunelty we were unheard little peons. Subsequently, we got rooked into the big cities laws/rules.

Fuck the city rules and Safe Act. Not that I paid it any mind anyhow.

Probably have to go through bullshit here too soon. County refuses to issue a septic permit at this point (going on over 8 months) for our engineered system, payed fees ect...so guess what? A system will go in, in a different spot and be done.

We can build up to 400sqft without a permit, all they ask is a "placement permit" (fuck that shit) so, second 400sqft cabin is going up starting soon to replace the 5th wheel.

Ill be damned if Im gonna just wait here for their beuracracy. Sure, we cant build the main house (maybe we can :grinpimp:) but its my property, bought and paid for 100% and Im gonna continue to live on it. So, my taxes will continue to be $200yr unimproved land. Sucks to be them.

We only wanted a 900sqft cabin anyhow but our only CCR on this property states 1200sqft or bigger site built.

Combined 800 is getting pretty close.

As long as you don't sell, they can't do shit...so I've been told.
 
So far. I haul 250 gallons of water every other sat morning (1 trip) and haul the black water tanks out once a month (one trip)

Propane, one 100lb tank a month for the current cabin during winter and one 100lb tank every two and a half weeks winter time for the RV. Spring/summer so far I have used one 100 gallon tank.

Once the new cabin is up, propane use will be two 100 gallon tanks a month approx. So that will be nice.

Running solar.

Honestly, life up here aint that bad as is. Even without septic.:smokin::smokin::smokin::smokin:
