I have to sign NDAs all the time just to view plans, some are for security reasons but I suspect that these are to prevent public discussion of cost overruns etc.

The capitol building actually looks kinda cool, putting a shitty modern office building next to it sucks plus traffic is going to blow even worse.

I just finished a 2.5 million square foot state office building just out of downtown WTF do they need all of this office space for? They have been consolidating a lot of the state offices in outlying areas into new buildings for some reason.
