I'm staying optimistic.

I don't particularly like Trump. At all really. Yet I'm still floating on a cloud of relief since he won.

I'll be the first one here proudly calling the Trump administration a bunch of worthless cocksuckers if the .fed keeps heading in the same direction it's been heading in. But, let's give 'em a chance. He's got alot of non-swamp people on his side this time.

I was floating on that cloud of relief before these cabinet picks started rolling in. So far it's straight trash. Need some good players on the roster soon.

Let me explain why I'm feeling positive. :laughing:

This country is not going to make it. Assuming I die of old age, 99% chance it will collapse in my lifetime. Trump is an expert at kicking the can down the road. All I want is my kids to be adults before they have to shoot people and eat acorn stew and all that.

We just bought 4 years worth. And if his administration doesn't drastically fuck up, with the way the current masses have become tired of woke, maybe even 8 or 12 years worth.

Gotta stay positive man. :beer:

We're fine as long as the dollar remains the reserve currency. My concern is that at some point the world is going to get tired of being taxed on our debt through inflation and dollar devaluation. People scoff at BRICS and no, I don't see it as a legit threat to the dollar but I do see it as a canary in the coal mine that there is a growing appetite around the globe to get out from under the dollar and the control it gives America over their policies.

Cautiously optimistic. Steve Bannon wrote some piece about people trusting Trump and that some of the cabinet picks were going to seem weird but there's a reason for it and to just trust the process. Was fairly vague.

I'm thinking maybe he's picking figureheads he knows will breeze through Congressional approval and then brings in people like Vivek and RFK under them so that they don't have to be approved by Congress.

Just because he's managed to win the election doesn't mean that he'll actually be sworn in on Jan 20th. It would be a huge mistake to think the Deep State is just going to sit by and wait to try again in 4 years. There's still 69 days until he is sworn in. That's 69 days to file lawsuits (e.g., 14th Amendment & Jan 6) against him. That's 69 days to assassinate him. That's 69 days to do who knows what else They might try (a blue-haired version of Jan 6?).

If he does make it to Jan 20th and gets sworn in, everything and I mean everything he does will be challenged, twisted and used against him in any way possible up to and including immediate impeachment.

If he follows what Vivek laid out the legal groundwork has already been laid where Trump can shutter or downsize a lot of these agencies under various rulings, mostly Chevron being overturned, and they can't be re-expanded under a future admin without going through Congress because of the same ruling.

I posted the link to it in one of these threads a couple days ago, was very interesting and he goes a lot more in depth. Looks like they can do quite a bit that can't be undone without needing Congress to do it. Basically a hard reset of the Federal government where all of these agencies would have to rely on Congress to reintroduce the majority of Federal regulations on the books currently as actual law.
 
The MSM will still load up with pieces of shit like Bolton to spew his BS for the uninformed to lap up, I'm not expecting a lot, but I'm hoping he'll ignore the medias attempts to bolster losers like they did Mueller.

IMHO We as a nation should wake up every morning and be thankful that there is at least one man in our country who would put himself and his family through all the lawfare, impeachments, Russia hoax, Ukraine hoax, MSM BS, assassination attempts, etc and still keep in the fight and charging forward. I for one back him 100%
