I am sure most of you, like me, have found myself at the checkout stage on Rock Auto, only to find your current discount code has expired. Inspiration for this thrread came from someone asking elsewhere for a code, and I looked... alas mine expired 2 weeks ago (146529622109845191).:homer:

So, any time someone needs a code, bump this. Alternatively, any time someone gets a fresh code and remembers to do so, come on over and put it in this thread.

I don't need a code today, but I know I'll be looking for one sometime in the future.
 
Minivan needs brakes. I'll be looking for a code around the end of the month.
 
You can google and find a code in about 10 seconds any day of the week.

also, gripe derail :homer: I get their warehouse shipping costs, but man do i miss the old RA. KILLS the small parts orders, they just aren't worth it anymore unless you get lucky. Looking to buy plugs, wires, cap, rotor, and a coil for a project. 4 different $8 shipping charges on parts with an average cost of $6. Tried the game of changing the item to get different PN's to come from the same warehouse and couldn't.

i went to ebay for most of it. $2 more per item, but free shipping so way less total cost than RA.

This is my experience also......just had a big order and it still came out if 2 or 3 warehouses :lmao::lmao:.

Now I say fuckmem. Might cost me 5.00 more for 1 part ( some come out cheaper or same price) and I cross reference everything through amazon....and its a shit ton easier to return items to amazon and it shows up faster

That time Kelly and me did the Rubicon, 2008 or so, we were paying over $5 for Diesel in CA. We all got spoiled with cheap fuel these past few years. How much to fill the MH now?

The MH is worth the trip to AZ to fill as it's 1.20 cheaper a Gallon there...:laughing:...

My 2008 summer trip fuel bill, pulling my 40ft 5ver into Cali was 3200. For 3k miles traveled...

My 2009 summer trip pulling the same trailer to Maine was around 2400...for 7500 miles traveled.

MY oregon trip is probably canceled this year.:homer: fuck 6.00 a gallon at 5mpg.....we are going to do some small trips...already took out the teardrop on the mohave TR 2 weeks ago...

Filled up the power wagon at RR pass sat for 3gun....118.00:laughing::laughing:

local auto parts store $240/250(oreillys/napa) for two upper a arms for 72yr old neighbors 1992 gmc 1500
rock auto $134 shipped to my door

i dont go to the auto store unless i want it that day or the next, 90% of the time the price difference is worth ordering it off internet

occasionally amazon is on par and will order there instead, if its something that may possibly need to be returned i get it from amazon

Half the time I buy from rockauto on Amazon and come out cheaper than buying from rockauto.
 
Where do you put a code in for rock auto? I don't see a spot in the shopping cart.
