I wish there was some way to really accelerate the decline of California so I could afford to live there and not be bothered with all the BS. But by that time I'll have a foot in the grave at least.

Something to think about, Aunt Nancy and the Idiot in charge are grooming Gaven for the WH. When my Ill health inlaws are gone the wife and I are leaving our home state. We were of the mind set to stay and help fight for the state we grew up in. The Machine is bigger than all of us.

Exit polls saying that number one reason for voting no in the recall was fear of covid restrictions and mandates being lifted.

I can't even comprehend this, I'm going to bed.
"control us, please! we are children and politicians like you are our parents. Tell us what to do."

These people are truly fucked in the brain. How were they raised to be such stupid sheep, to be such kids as adults?

To me, that was one of the great things about recalling him - hopefully prevent a chance he'd be running for president at some point. As well, obviously, as getting him the fuck out of here now... At least I know if I'm in CA the county I live in is good (Kern) - we were one of the only red counties in the presidential election, and now a solid 'yes' in the recall. Not that it matters overall though...

Look, we all know that the Californian Republican party is a joke. How could they not be? But if I ever see that knob Cox on a ballot again I will lose my shit. 4.7% Fucking losers. And he was our candidate last election.

Someone needs to take one for the team and get Newsome to sexually harass them. That is the only way to get rid of a democrat Governor apparently cause willful incompetence and fuckery on a grand scale won't do it.

Neel Kashkari is a total puke and is now a Minneapolis Federal reserve president

Amazing how they had to wait an entire hour to know Gavin had it in the bag. I thought the votes would be a little less obvious he was staying but it seems as though winning isn’t enough. You have to beat your opponent so badly it’s obviously NOT a fluke. No point even recounting after the first HOUR of votes reported.

How many people voted him into office?
How many votes to keep him?

Lol at anyone who thinks there will be fair elections as long as there are mass amounts of mail in ballots. The system is perfected at this point

This is why has the Democrat party has been so successful with lower income/social disenfranchised/etc. groups.....a continual offering of just enough to survive (and the reinforcement that this 'survival' is dependent upon the Democrat/Left groups. It is a promise of enough to survive, while still maintaining enough control to prevent improvement.

People want their safety blankets, no matter how oppressive/limiting they really are.

It’s too obvious, voting doesn’t matter anymore…..:barf:
If you mean because it was rigged, I don't believe that. If we had smart voters in this State, he wouldn't have been voted in to begin with.

So the Democratic governor in a state known to have a majority democratic voter base is not recalled ,so the election is rigged? With thinking like this the conservative point of view is pointless :flipoff2:

Hence why I've said you don't need ballot fraud to rig an election. You just need to drum up fear and push false narratives by controlling the media and a majority of sheep will fall for it.

The Sweet song of socialism, we'll take care of you

Excert
But all is not lost.

There is a senatorial voice that sings a different Washington tune. He is Sen. Jim DeMint, South Carolina Republican, and he not only continually exposes the drift to socialism in the United States, he offers a plan of action in his latest book, “Saving Freedom,” released by Fidelis Books.

Mr. DeMint understands that what is at stake in the present government grab for power is nothing less than the loss of freedom. As former President Gerald R. Ford noted, “A government that is large enough to give you everything you want is big enough to take everything you have.” Thomas Jefferson was prescient about the present administration when he noted in the beginning of the 19th century that “a democracy will cease to exist when you take away from those who are willing to work and give to those who would not.”

Freedom is imperiled when the government serves as the engineer to adjudicate what it believes to be social inequities. The engineers often act out of magnanimous motives, as Mr. DeMint indicates, but the results are often destructive. Freedom suffers when good intentions are translated into misguided policies. In fact, most in Congress never heard of the law of unintended consequences.

Mr. DeMint writes eloquently of the “siren song of socialism.” Alas, the song is irresistible because the melody is sweet, the lyrics comforting, but, as was the case with Odysseus, those who succumb to the siren song are doomed.
