Have a few odds and ends from some older sets that I like to fill out. Last truck I saw was 20 years ago and I’m pretty sure he was lost. Anybody know a dealer that would be willing to ship? Are they even a thing anymore? Can’t order online like the rest of em.

They exist, used to watch one drive by the last place I worked every day. Dude stopped in once in the whole time I worked there, practically ran though the shop and bailed before anyone had a chance to walk out to the truck. Have one at the new job that seems consistent, he always shows up when i'm eating lunch though so I don't really do any business with him. Cornwell guys are either top notch or awful at it and go out of business fast, no in between.

I have a local cornwell dealer. I will reach out to him Tuesday. I'm sure if your card is good he will. He is a good dude.

Snap On isn't any different.

Last tools I broke I ended up mailing to my Dad and he had the tool crib at the mill get replacements.

Have seen the truck in town a few times but good luck chasing it down. Has a phone number but I'd have a better chance of dialing the White's House and getting poopy pants Joe to pick up.

I've seen one driving around Twin Falls, Id. There's a local place.

He doesn’t return your call if you leave a message? Try text message as that seems to work better for some people to respond too.

Seems like a crappy way to run a business but maybe they’re afraid of getting burned, who knows.

I only ever bought one Cornwell tool back in the early 90’s. It was a cotter pin puller or 90* pick made for that. It snapped at the 90* a few months after buying it trying to pull a stubborn cotter pin. Never saw the tool guy again and won’t ever buy anything from them again either.

I have some Cornwell tools. Like 'em. Bought from truck many years ago. Havent seen a Cornwell truck in over 20 years either.

I have quiet a few broken Snap-On tools. what a waste

I’ve been using gear wrench.

Online warranty form. Pics and 3 days later new tool.

100% they are declining in quality though but it’s at least a mix of made in USA and Taiwan.

The only time I've ever seen an at least semi consistent Cornwell truck was when I worked for Ford during covid in Michigan, and even then I saw that guy once a month it seemed like.

I remember cornhole tools from working at various shops in the early 1980's and snap-on tolls but who was the 3rd major player, matco ?

The three that used to show up regularly was Snap-on, Cornwell and Mac. Then a store opened that sold Jap tools.

I used to catch shit for not haveing the 'tool truck' brands of tools. I went with Sears. Lifetime warranty, I didn't have to chase the truck down to get a job done, it just made sense

that one backfired

oh fuck, looked up that sku

I do gottta axe, do you really need the extra length ??? :lmao::lmao:

I found that part number with a quick search
It's available directly from

Cornholio Website

... should give you some idea of ballpark cost that the fawkers "think" their shite should cost

Edit to add

If you're using these on deeply recessed torque to yield headbolts / high torque machine hardware or Marine applications , I would humbly recommend that you buy a spare of the exact size you need, as I've had issues a time or two,
... and NEVER USE AN IMPACT on them

Why bother?

You can get a $28 set on Amazon and have the same chance of getting them replaced when they break

The website is just a catalog. Cornwell doesn’t sell online. Only trucks. The amazon stuff is hot garbage. Been down that road. Comparable Snap on would be over 300 bucks:barf: I do a lot of bearing work with lock collars on my plant. These will never see an impact.

I got your back. He should get back to me tomorrow. Heads up, those are probably made in China or something. Snap on comparable is made in America.
