I watched a good portion of this documentary last night.
Is anyone familiar with this abandoned rail line that crosses the state of Washington? Seems like it would be a fun adventure to go from one side of the state to the other using as much of the old rail bed as possible. It appears that Rails to Trails has gotten a hold of much of it and unless you hike, bike, or ride a horse it would be closed off to any motorized access. is that the truth to it than unless you are a hiker you will never see this trail? Seems in Idaho that part of the Milwaukee Road is open to some motorized access as there are videos of SxS's going through a few of the abandoned tunnels.
