I submit Frere Jacques. Some people find it sharp, I think it's more of a medium strength, but I'm not a cheese snob. I love 'em all.

This is my most favorite of all time (so far).

Fresh Mullins white cheese curds. Nothing will beat this melt in you mouth squeaky awesomeness.

If you want to amp it up even more beer batter them and toss them in the deep fryer.

I'm a big fan of soft cheeses. Local farm makes up their own goat cheese, its fantastic.
