As I said in the original thread, it will come down to legal or illegal action taken by the parities involved.
The prior DA said that dad and son didn't break the law when trying to detain "jogger". Further found that "jogger" ran around the right side and attacked the son, which at that moment allowed for the use of deadly force legally. It's going to get crazy. The left is going to lose it no matter what and bored celebrities will pile on. Trump needs to keep his mouth shut on this one except to say the correct jurisdictional authority can handle it
 
Indeed Trump should sit it out. I didn't like Obama's remarks about "if I had a son" and I apply the same to Trump right now. Shut up and let the courts work it out.

All of this is true and none of the additional videos that come out mean shit and should stay buried. It doesn't matter if he stole something the day before, the week before, the year before or even an hour before.

The real crime here is the piece of shit that records with a vertical phone and manages to miss everything.

Funny videos, Cops that can't work Tasers or handcuffs, Aumaud is a thug dresser with poor impulse control and a big mouth that definitely gets profiled. I'll let the court sort it out.

That #2 is where this is will hang. The jury will have to find that he was either carrying out a lawful citizen arrest, or that it was actually criminal to satisfy that #2.

You have to convince a jury beyond a reasonable doubt that their intention was to provoke Aubrey to charge across the road and assault the younger McMichael.

His prior videos show both times that he was willing to be physically aggressive with police officers, those videos count.

It absolutely matters that Arbery, or as one forum is calling him, Armed Robbery was physically aggressive.

He was, that is established. He stood up on the cops twice at his WalMart arrest, and he became physically aggressive at least 3 times in his 'rappin in the park' confrontation.

That clearly shows a pattern of behavior on Arbery's part, those videos are essential to the Defense.

Make no mistake, I want those 3 men to be put in prison merely to stave off riots. And I want every white gun owner in America to witness it.

Because guns are only a means to an end. The people who show up Win. Blacks show up when one of their own gets killed, whites just grumble and buy more guns.

Soon, your guns will be worthless, even your CCW. Obviously the Left has taken a brilliant new tack in making gun owners afraid to use their weapons.

For example, you can be assaulted in a parking lot, clearly on video, and use a gun to prevent a further attack, and still go to prison for it.

That's simply untrue. I wouldn't object to being called a racist if I was, in fact, a racist. After all, I get called a lot of accurate names around these parts and I never object to them, if the charge is accurate.

This charge is not accurate. I don't even think it's the worst thing that could be said about someone, although in your twisted mind, it probably is. So to me, I wouldn't object to the mere severity of the charge, and it is a severe charge in the Faggot World we know as Reality.

I lost my 2A over a Misdemeanor. I had demeanor, but it was amiss. That is the general idea. And I lost my 2A over that.

I only watched the youtube video. You know, the one where the cops were completely inept, completely out of line, and absolutely fucking with a citizen. The citizen is a complete ass, obviously. But cops being cops is why the killing happened in the first place. People are concerned about the scumbag's pattern of behavior. I agree, he seems like a piece of shit. But the vastly more concerning thing is the absolute pattern of behavior we see with the "boys in blue".

Of course, they don't wear blue anymore, because someone decided that black looked more tactical and was more likely to intimidate.
 
That taser video just goes to show he isn't afraid to tussle. He just chose the wrong folks to tussle with and got shot. Do I think it was right from the original video? No. But if he is willing to escalate a situation like that than he gets what he gets. To play devils advocate, if he truly was just jogging through a neighborhood casing it for his own purposes, those white boys had no business killing him.
