Got an email from an IP law firm saying they gor an application for an identical name, but that theyre asking me first because I had it longer. Saying I can pay them and get it, or they will have to do it dor the application.

Smells like a scam to me, but dont want to ose the name if its legit.. How do I know?

thanks bros. I have a company name thats close to another up north, hence the small chance it was legit
 
I was phished by some jack-ass claiming to represent Tractor Supply for $9.89. Called CITI bank; told them the story. New CC number and disputed charge reversed and closed. No muss no fuss!. :smokin::smokin::smokin::smokin:
