Had congical relations with the wife this morning. Moved the windmill tower to its final resting place, with help from tow of my awsome neighbors.
Rains came, couldn't finish the project today.
Put the blade portion together, wife painted our property name on the tail.
Could put it up now, but neighbor had a few shots and beer with me, so no machinery work right now. :homer:. Will put it up tomorrow after work.

In. Going back to work tomorrow....
Greased mini excavator , finally figured out how to spread/retract the tracks. Could get used to not going to "work".
Found Wan Chu's wrench in the battery compartment of machine.

Sort of in.
Daughter and I went to the big city 45 minutes away this morning for a few things.
We put the 4pt harnesses in the sxs when we got home.
Jumped the ranger that was sitting dead at our lot a few blocks away and brought it to the house to charge the battery. Cleaned it up a little while it was charging.
Replaced the ceiling fan in the garage

Now the pellet grill is heating up for steaks and burgers and the Mrs is making cheesy hashbrowns and sweet corn.

After that I’ll probably do some bills and then relax and read a book.

Actually went wheeling today! Got stuck in the only mud hole for 100's of miles. Batteries in the juggy were so dead from neglect that I dared not shut it off. Waded thru thru the mud and got the hubs locked in.

Of course I left my phone at home, went alone, so no pics and also no rescue.

Was an ok day. Found some things that need addressed for about $600 before next weekends solo trip to Holy Cross.

Pic of my hillbilly toy hauler just cuz. Checked the fit and placement of tie downs just to make sure it works as I planned. First trip coming soon and I can't wait!

I got the ranger out of the garage for the first time in over a month.

Lots and lots and lots of cops out today, kinda weird, I never see this many. They're everywhere I wanted to be.

Now just in the garage with the stereo on playing on ibb instead of the cleaning I started out doing.

Changed out all the rubber on the fuel tank today on the commuter. Filled with fuel and seemed fine, left the pump after a couple minutes and looks like it might have left a spot:homer: damn.

Curious if the fuel gauge will start working better this week. It flops from E to F depending in which way you lean

Buying some aluminum ramps off Amazon, going to probably do nothing but cut weight on the trailer, change oil and tension alternator on the RV and find out if I'm too old for 50 hours of driving in 4 days pretty soon.

Should be fine

You're not too old to drive 50 hrs in 4 days :lmao:

That's a 3 days max adventure...I know, cause I've done it more than once. I'm positive I'm older than you.

I budgeted 2 days each way to get to Idaho from here, took 3 days each way. This'll be about 10 hours further in total.

But at least the plan is to RV out and then car back, which should make it much easier of a drive

How many miles?

I did 3100mi round trip in 54hrs...more than once.

But, I was determined and made it happen. This was pulling a trailer one way and in snow on the way back for part of the trip.

Best get you some coffee and send it.:smokin:
