Utah or bust!
GF wants a stripper poll. We are both over 65 and I think that boat has sailed away. Sort of wondering if there is an ADA compliant poll on the market? Don't want the GF to fall and break her hip or something. :stirthepot:

a few of those lines of text were repeated..

anyways, I've known quite a few strippers with their own poles at home..

I wouldnt trust one that said no holes in the ceiling etc..

I've heard of girls who have gotten hurt with weak poles..

Thanks.... Fixed. :smokin:

But 8t's from Wal-Mart, what could possibly go wrong?! 🤣

I had one for 4 years or so. I used speed rail hand rail brackets screwed to the floor and blocking in the ceiling and a piece of 1-1/2" aluminum tube.

Something like this

You can just go down to your local park and use the uprights for the slides.

Built one a while back for a friend's bar. Plate on top caught 2 joists in the ceiling with holes 16 oc, and had a simple round flange on the bottom. The one pictured is static though. A good one will

spin on bearings to be proper.

Wife has a tension one packed away downstairs from when she took classes. I know it wasn’t cheap but when we bought our house all of our rooms we could use it in are textured ceiling. I suspect it will never be reinstalled

A good stripper pole should spin.

Well then 40" bogger on a rim bolted to a unit bearing with a plate bolted to that 1½ dom welded to the plate. There you have your mobile spinning off road stripper pole.

And i was waiting for this type of response

Did you muster a good technique? What about calluses, or were you using a satisfactory lube.

:flipoff2:

Go for it. If you ever wanna get rid of her just lube the pole up without telling her.

. . . Don't want the GF to fall and break her hip or something. . . .

If, God forbid, that were to happen, you have a golden opportunity:

Without laughing, look the ER docs straight in the eye and say, "Yeah, little accident - I overdid it smashin' this here piece, and guess I knocked the bottom outta' that dusty cookie"

<Whip out & shotgun an Ensure drink, spike the empty plastic bottle on the floor> "YEEEAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!"

No matter who appreciates the humor, everyone will have an interesting story for the day.

Thanks

Now I have to live with that image the rest if my life:flipoff2:

Didn’t read, but I will say my mind was blown when I learned that the poles spin, not the strippers.

I dont know. Ive seen some of the big assed girls that show to the sorta shindig that would have a 40" bogger mounted stripper pole. I dont think thats nearly enough ballast to keep them fatties from flopping it over. I think youd need to go to 52s filled with water.

35% for Damn thats strong pole!

Wife has done it for years for "fitness". She's had some friends with the friction fit poles that slip or get sketchy, wouldn't recommend it. Also, reasonably you need at least 9-10 foot ceilings for them to be useful.

I'll tell ya though, the shit she does defies gravity....
