Very simple chicken street tacos. Throw some salt, pepper, garlic, and cayenne in a gallon Ziploc. Drop in a couple of frozen chicken breasts and let them thaw in the frig for a couple of days. A little oil in a skillet and brown them until about 70% done. Slice them up and back in the skillet to reheat. Add your choice of onions and peppers, then drizzle on just a little Sweet Baby Ray's and let come up to temp. Heat up your torts (I like the Mitad Y Mitad, half corn and flour ones).
