Very simple chicken street tacos. Throw some salt, pepper, garlic, and cayenne in a gallon Ziploc. Drop in a couple of frozen chicken breasts and let them thaw in the frig for a couple of days. A little oil in a skillet and brown them until about 70% done. Slice them up and back in the skillet to reheat. Add your choice of onions and peppers, then drizzle on just a little Sweet Baby Ray's and let come up to temp. Heat up your torts (I like the Mitad Y Mitad, half corn and flour ones).

HEB has some pretty good pre-marinated street taco type meats (beef and chicken). It’s worth a try if you’re in a hurry for some.

heading back to the ranch in a few days.. gonna look for these at HEB.. kinda curious to try and taste what street tacos taste like this weekend
