I bought a version of this in '14, the listing I bought doesn't exist anymore. Same Clearmax brand and looks like this one, just blue instead of yellow. I've only used it maybe a dozen or so times since purchase. It's done what I needed it to. I've just ran tap water in it, didn't bother with distilled, no issues as of yet.

not handheld, but it's fairly small, have been using a McCulloch for a while now, works well for car parts and also for carpet stains and such. just make sure to use distilled water, always :D
I bought the harbor freight one several years ago to clean up a really dirty milling machine. Wasn't really impressed in how well it cleaned, but my expectations may have been too high. It made steam and seemed to do what it was supposed to, just didn't cut through the crud like I hoped.

I just picked this HF one up the other weekend when they had it half price. I haven't had a chance to use it yet, but will report back when I do.
