I had 2 of my orders cancelled when the deal first came out from 2 different locations. That just means the store you ordered from couldn't fulfill your order from their inventory. Try another one or wait until they get more in-stock. My local-ish store is still showing the deal.

I am winch dumb. If there is no wireless in the box, do you just run it from the winch. Or is there a wired control in the box?

Yep. I'll be at a few cents over $300 once the rebate goes through.
There's a voucher inside the box for a $100 credit on the Warn site. There's no wireless remote available now, due to some tech issue. If you don't mind whipping out a phone when you winch out, the wireless receiver that uses your phone and Warn's app is around $85.

Northridge is quoting me $132 shipping.
Stage3 doesn't seem to ship up here "Freight shipping is only available to the Continental United States (AK, HI, Puerto Rico, etc. are not able to order items that ship via freight service)."
Despite "out of stock", Northridge just completed my order. We'll see what ships.

I have a winch on my truck already and I don’t need another so I did what any normal person would do. I bought 2. The warn rebate is good for up to 2 rebates. It said out of stock ship in 7-10 days when I ordered 3 days ago. I just got a shipping confirmation this morning.

I just asked sales, we have a bunch more on the way from Warn, they're supposed to start showing up in the next couple days.
So far, we've been getting a couple pallets at a time from Warn every week, backorders are filled first, then the rest are usually sold within a day or two.
FWIW: The Northridge website is live inventory tied into the sales computer, so if it says in stock, the parts are in stock.
