So in light of Joe going down, when is the Taiwan invasion?

I’m thinking China has limited time to invade unless Newsom gets the nomination and they can cheat him in.

I think if China was going to do it, they would have done it by now. In my lifetime they don't exactly have a record of outward military aggression, I have no reason to believe that will change any time soon. They are playing a long game.

More likely to get into a nuclear exchange with Russia for about the gayest reason ever. I hate these people
hey
you aren't paying attention to the right things

you should be shoehorning some whore spitting on dicks into everything
stop paying attention to your slave masters benevolent benefactors

Their power is based on the illusion of power. The reality is they don't have anywhere near the military strength they project and their history in warfare is fucking abysmal. They've been on the losing end of every conflict they've been involved in longer than the US has existed.

People also fundamentally don't understand the Taiwan situation. It's worthless if the manufacturing facilities, infrastructure, and people running it are destroyed. The major companies there have been very vocal about sabotaging everything if invaded. And the island itself is extremely difficult to invade, let alone hold without destroying what the Chinese want. You can really only access it from the Western side and that side is heavily fortified for that reason. The other side is nothing but cliffs and dense forest with no way through to the populated side. And even if you do get it, everything is basically one giant city.

That and China says it's already theirs anyway, and gives a "yea no" when people say it isn't. It's almost like there is zero reason for them to invade and nothing but western propaganda to stir up the war drums.

which is what you just did.

Meh, Taiwan says the same thing about mainland China. There's definitely reasons. They don't have the ability to make microchips anywhere near as powerful as modern chips. In fact, no one does outside of Taiwan, South Korea, and the United States and the majority comes out of Taiwan. If the CCP could retake Taiwan not only can they cut the US off from a huge source of silicon, they could control the market share of global electronics and modernize their military. It would remove a lot of limitation they currently have on things like guidance systems.

But, like I said above it's nearly impossible to actually take Taiwan without destroying the only things worth taking it for. Plus the risk of starting WWIII. China isn't stupid, they realize just because Biden is weak doesn't mean we are or NATO is. Our MID and Congress are invested out the ass in Taiwan. Biden can say Taiwan is on their own all he wants, but there's next to no chance we'd just abandon them if China actually tried to invade.

China is already getting all they want via the long game. They are heavily invested in pretty much every country in the world.
Outside of their slave mines in Africa and South America, not really. They're hurting bad from all those investments because most of the third world countries they've spent billions in haven't paid off. They've lost their ass in Africa in particular because all the African countries have told them to go fuck themselves after getting their money from the Chinese. It's led to a ton of major domestic issues inside China.

All these supply chain issues over the last few years aren't only due to COVID, a lot of it is due to the fact that Chinese can't keep the power on in their manufacturing districts. It's part of why they've had to build so many coal plants in the last few years. They're also facing major infrastructure issues from decades of spending trillions on fake construction projects to artificially balloon the value of the yuan.

not to mention that if china invades before the election, it will take a lot of heat off of Biden if he handles it well, and the chances are he will handle it VERY POORLY. China needs Joe to be in office, they want him in there, they have spent too much money on him to want him out.

also, China is doing great in South America. no slave mines there but they are drilling for oil down there and its paying off for them.

IMO the ChiComs have learned from the Russin fuck up in Ukraine. You can walk from Russia to Kiev and the Rooskies fucked that up royally.
Invading Taiwan is orders of magnitude more difficult due to that 90 mile wide moat known as the Taiwan Strait. If you're stupid enough to try all we'd have to do is stand off to the east of Taiwan, out of their range and wreak havoc on their naval invasion force. Add to that the Japanese and Filipinos have no love of the ChiComs and would join in.

Add to that it'd be fairly easy to block oil from getting to China. It's only take a few naval destroyers west of the straights of Malacca to block it.

IMO the ChiComs have learned from the Russin fuck up in Ukraine. You can walk from Russia to Kiev and the Rooskies fucked that up royally.

please explain what Russia has messed up. Russia could take Kiev any time they want. but they dont want it, they just want the donbass, which they really already have. they are bleeding us dry of ordinance and resources, like they want. Russia could take all of Ukraine but they dont want to be an occupying force, it usually goes bad. Donbass wants to be in Russia anyway, so Russia helped out.

Its going fine for Russia, Ulkraine is throwing our money and resources at them and having zero impact, so zelenskyy can get rich and continue to launder money for Hollywood elites and Democrats. its why the Dems dont want the war to end.

yeah, right, then explain that force at the very beginning that was headed to Kiev. Nice of you to ignore reality.

Weird, I remembered that the other way. Joetato needs to get his script straight.

WASHINGTON, Jan 13 (Reuters) - U.S. President Joe Biden said on Saturday the United States does not support the independence of Taiwan, after Taiwanese voters rebuffed China and gave the ruling party a third presidential term.
"We do not support independence..." Biden said, when asked for reaction to Saturday's elections.
June 2023:
"To be clear Sir, US forces, US men and women, would defend Taiwan in the event of Chinese invasion?
"Yes."

They've lost their ass in Africa in particular because all the African countries have told them to go fuck themselves after getting their money from the Chinese.

seems like a good time to turn africa into sand. no loss to the world

the aerial "fight" that was repelled by the bullshit story "Ghost of Kiev"? That wasnt real.

Russia willingly pulled out and moved to the southeast front because of supply chain issues and attacks on their convoy.

Russia does NOT want to take Kiev and hold it. it will be a logistical nightmare for them to do so. they want the territories as a buffer between them and nato, thats why Putin keeps suggesting a ceasefire if they surrender those territories and the war ends. Internationally, Putin will look like he's destroying an entire soveriegn country and i dont believe thats what he wants to do. Hes been clear about his motives, and Kiev is not part of his plan.

Russia has 800 fighter jets to Ukraine's 70. They could take Keiv with easy aerial bombardments, and walk in. but its not part of the strategy.

China is also dealing with a population collapse due to the effects of the one child policy. Their workers are aging out. They are literally running out of people to keep their factories running full tilt.

I don't think they'll invade Taiwan. China is playing a loooooong game. While we're damaging our global reputation by constantly exporting war, death, and destruction China is growing their global reputation with their belts and roads initiative funding vital infrastructure in third world countries with key natural resources. Now that doesn't come free of charge, it means China now has control of those resources but the people just fighting for survival in huts don't care. Meanwhile China gains control of key resources in emerging critical markets.

They're just doing global foreign policy a lot smarter than we are.

Hundreds of millions of tons of VX gas.

And then what? Silicon manufacturing is the closest guarded trade secret on the planet. It's not as simple as flip the machines on and they start producing chips. They need the people that run the foundries to continue to run the foundries.

Add to that it'd be fairly easy to block oil from getting to China. It's only take a few naval destroyers west of the straights of Malacca to block it.
That and the entire country is serviced by a single oil pipeline. Much of the country is also on hydroelectric, not exactly hard to blow up dams.

Once the machines are operated by socialist labor they will instantly produce 1nm transistors rather than the pigdog capitalist 5nm or whatever they are now.

If you disagree then you'll be educated until your organs can be harvested.

Jokes on you, my organs are worthless. Especially the liver.

I'm talking about the long convoy of vehicles on the road. And yes, Russia did want to take Kiev. Keep believing your fantasy that all Russia wants is the Donbas. :shaking::shaking::shaking:
