I must have gotten some old lima beans, even with soaking over 8 hours, it stll took 14 hours to cook them tender! But they did taste good! Took a bit of dredging to get most of the bones out.
Otherwise just holed up and listened to the snow fall off the roof
 
In. Hunted all day aside from a 1 1/2 hour break for lunch. I had a brute of a buck come in chasing a hot doe but he never presented a shot. Saw a few other deer.

Relaxing, snacking, washing my hunting clothes, and planning on getting up at 4:30am to try it again.
 
In. Fucked around starting stuff that's been sitting at my mom's place. Chipper hasn't run since summer of '22 and it started first pull.

Gave a raccoon lead poisoning before we came home, little pricks harass her cats and steal their food.

Spent some quality time with my leaf blower clearing the driveways and the street out front, mostly been laying around and petting dogs since then.

Soak in the bathtub with epsom salt. Folowed by a hot towell wrapped around after.
It should relax the neck muscles.

If that doesn't help run head first into a sturdy door:flipoff2:

Epsom salt is a great help. Hot towels to soak and cover what the tub water doesn't.

My allergies from hell yesterday are actually a cold I figured out today. We both feel like shit with sneezing and runny noses.

Short ribs and salmon have been on the smoker.
 
Watched the grandbaby for a couple hours today, had a great time.

Picked some apples, threw some rocks. Poor old plum tree is like 70 years old, has a 4” hole all the way through the trunk.

Up to the shop for working on some trim pieces for the house, and other shenanigans.

Got a new inflatable jacuzzi and it’s AMAZING compared to what I thought it would be like.

In. Had the granddaughter last night and part of today. I love having her around. She's doesn't stay still, crawling and on the go non stop.

We ate then gave her up after lunch. Got to working on the old Kubota. Ran to the landfill and to TSC picked up fluids. Hope to put it back together tomorrow.

Just chilling now wife's been in bed since 730 :laughing:, baby wore her out
