The biggest thing is the pneumatic tool weighs a couple oz and the electric versions are 10x heavier , if you’re doing intricate stuff or running it for any amount of time holding a dremel gets old.

I never used one but I imagine they’re very comparable. I did have one of those high end flex shat grinders and the driveshaft was cumbersome because it didn’t bend/ flex like I wanted..it cost like $600 but it did have more torque and the foot pedal speed controller was nice.
