Berries (rasp, black)
Olives
Citrus
Avocado
Watermelon
Legumes
Redfish (NOT whitefish)

And of course anything that brings up umami content.

What else should be on the list of things i need to eat/cook with more?
 
Find a source for local/farm fresh eggs. Makes a world of difference
Spinach/Kale
Onion
Peppers of any kind
Basmati rice (I prefer it over brown)
plain yogurt
fresh herbs: mint, basil, rosemary, cilantro
Avocado and/or olive oil - skip every other kind

Oh, and still use salt and pepper.
