SD60 locking hubs failure

I have a SD axle from a 2020 f350, these hubs were brand new 1k miles ago. Stock hubs. They have seen some sand and salt water. Any ideas? Outer orings seem fine. Do the inners not keep anything out?

Inner is just a vacuume seal or a slip fit sealed brg.

So there is no way to keep water and junk out of the hubs?

use the inner knuckle seal and block off the 1/8 NPT vacuum port there really isn't any other way for stuff to get in.

This is a new truck. Everything is stock. It's lifted on 35's, and we use it for Beach operations.

Cleaned and scrubbed the hubs and lockouts. Greased the hell out of them. See if this works.
