This is just my humble conspiracy theory

I do believe it was an accident. There was a leak in the building and they either did not know it or didn't have/follow the right procedures to contain it.
It got out in china and people started getting sick very fast. China did not contain it in time.
China saw what was going to happen to the country and how far behind it would put them against other world powers.
They INTENTIONALLY let covid out into the world by letting people fly out of wuhan to the rest of the world (but they could not fly to the rest of china)
China did this so the whole world suffered and millions of people died just to even the playing field.

whats overpopulation? got a number. sure there is an ideal number, but thats like saying socialism is ideal.



the only fact is if population stagnates or declines we are in for a world of hurt. we need population growth and for it to slow to a soft landing. anything other than that will leads to wars that will lead to extinction. i have no doubt humans will be extinct on earth at some point, and population decline is a sure fire way to be sure it happens faster. the only hope for humanity to to continue is population growth and expanding our habitat.

population slowing is good, decline is a death sentence, and growth until exceeding the resources to maintain is a human condition. population decline should scare everyone way more than overpopulation. also, overpopulation is relative, as tech develops that ability to sustain more people increases.

The House voted unanimously Friday to declassify U.S. intelligence information about the origins of COVID-19, a sweeping show of bipartisan support near the third anniversary of the start of the deadly pandemic.
The 419-0 vote was final approval of the bill, sending it to President Joe Biden’s desk to be signed into law.
Debate was brief and to the point: Americans have questions about how the deadly virus started and what can be done to prevent future outbreaks.
The order to declassify focused on intelligence related to China’s Wuhan Institute of Virology, citing “potential links” between the research that was done there and the outbreak of COVID-19.
U.S. intelligence agencies are divided over whether a lab leak or a spillover from animals is the likely source of the virus.
Experts say the true origin of the coronavirus pandemic may not be known for many years — if ever.
