Saturday night losers club!!!!1!

Last night of my vacation. Gotta head upto Abilene in the morning so I can get my truck from the shop Monday then its back on the road.
 
In. Forgot half the stuff I went to the hardware store for, no biggie, it was just the necessary stuff. Doing laundry trying to find motivation to organize. Feels like a wasted day.
 
in. took down Christmas decorations today. drinking a few brews and relaxing

In. Welded up some columns today for a way overkill canopy I'm building to connect two warehouses. Everything is heavy and complicated.
 
I have to take a shower because I smell like an old whore. Other than that I'm in.
 
In. Built a new front driveshaft for my Juggy and did some adjusting on the coilovers and bumpstops. Gonna go see how everything works tomorrow and hopefully not get too stuck. Only tools im taking is an axe and a shovel. Im only going for an hour or two. All my friends suck, so it will be just me and the dog.






This sounds like how all search and rescue stories begin.....

bout a new couch and twin seat for livingroom. going to move the older stuff down tonthe newly finished living area. .
real nice leather recliner types.
feel like sleeping on a super comfortable cloud.

Took the oldest kid to the airport at 0600, came back home and took a nap. After my nap I ran my Friday errands while Mrs put Christmas away for another year. Now we’re trying to figure out what to do for dinner, I think I’ll start with a rum&coke :homer:
 
In. Did a freezer and pantry today and am pretty happy with what we got. Took the dogs for a walk and grabbed a nap. Currently drinking Caesars while the GF is cooking up a big batch of jalapeno poppers, wings and fries to snack on later.

What couch did you go with? Ours is showing some age
 
In as usual. Sat in the house most of the day watching the rain slowly fill my backyard up into a pond. Went out in the garage and fucked around for a while right before it got dark but I ran out of light and body heat before I got anything productive done. I really need to quit being a cheap fuck and buy an ez-up type deal for working in the side yard in the winter.

had an elk roast in the crockpot since midnight, tossed some potatoes and onions in at 10. Awesome dinner tonight, watching Yellowstone now.

I took a truck around my property, 3 days and 4 different tractors before it came out. Oh the frame bent, I started a small grass fire and had to drag a 44" bogger that pealed off the rim out of a sinkhole and back to the house.

In. When my wife gets a hangover, it's for no damn reason. She had 3 vodka sodas last night and has been damn near dead all day.
woke the kid up puking at 530, I took him for a long hike in the rain and he still only napped 45 minutes...while I took 3 hours to do errands. Chinese food for dinner, and the kid shit his pants for old times sake while I was out picking up dinner.

She better be in good shape tomorrow, I wanna go to the shop.:laughing:

in, worked on the ADU again today. The end is near. I hope to start kitchen cabinet install tomorrow. The wife and kiddo can finish painting. Then its replace the remaining outlets and switches with decora style, baseboards and all the little transition pieces for the hardwood.

Still need to buy a stove and have someone come in to do counter tops, but at least I will be done.:smokin:

just did some frozen burgers on the gas grill, and drinking cheap ass box wine, watching another documentary about the titanic.
now that's a loser.

Tomorrow morning I have one last ditch effort to get my kids 95' nissan 240sx through smog or we'll need to by CATS for it.
 
In. Had a captain/coke while playing Clue with the Mrs and 12 year old daughter. Now our oldest lab and I are holding the couch down surfing the web while the Mrs and daughter watch murder shows in our bedroom.
