Given the election results, I don't think it's "the vast overwhelming majority" anymore, but even half the country is a lot of people.

Hey you 2A guys- you know why there are so many of your fellow countrymen that want to do some infringing? It's because they've probably never shot a firearm in their lives and to them, they are scary things. Sort of like a map with "here there be dragons" written on unexplored places. People fear the unknown. Take people shooting and show them how it all works. Don't be a dick to grown-ass men and women who have never used a firearm before and don't know the basics of firearms. They were never lucky enough to have anyone show them the ropes. Patiently teach them and show them why the other half of the country isn't afraid and why people enjoy shooting in the first place. If everyone did that, I bet there would be a lot less fear, and as a result, push for legislation. I did my part- my coworker and I took our CFO out shooting. He didn't know squat until we showed him. After that, he asked to go with us more often and is now a gun owner himself.

Looks like Biden approved short range missiles. The Ukraine armies adventure into the Kursk region is turning into a huge diasaster. The army can’t retreat and now the Koreans are active in Russian territory. The only way to get the army out of the Kursk region is to start a bigger war.

Hell most of those dumb fucks dont know the difference between semi auto and full auto and also dont realize your typical deer rifle is more powerful than that little ol .22 cal ar. Its all assult weapons to them so who really cares what they think anyone else should own. I need one because police and military seem to think they need them. Besides you can own one anyways if you have the cash.

Hate to break it to you, but there's plenty of machine guns active on the streets of the "gun free" Democrat run cities. None of them have tax stamps either. When the average gang thug can have a glock wida switch, why is it the people that just want to have fun at the range have to jump through a bunch of hoops & pay out the nose?

As the current owner/operator of two posties, its definitely feeding them that's the problem.

Every time someone new has shot them, they join the club of we who resent the infringement.
 
I've always been on the fence on this one, I hate the infringement but I also realize I'd be a little unnerved with alot of people I know personally to have a full auto, let alone the mass of tards that frequent the interweb.

As soon as someone starts talking about how devastatingly damaging an AR-15 is because it is specifically designed to create maximum damage to human targets (yes, I've literally seen these arguments made, usually very proudly and loudly enough so that they can be overheard to impress anyone nearby) I tell them something along the lines of "Listen, if you had any understanding of terminal ballistics at all you'd understand just how fucking retarded you sound to anyone within earshot who does."
 
Question on these long range units being approved.

I would assume these things are guided by satellite and/GPS with a fuckton of tech and a nice sized group of people to make it all come together??

I would also assume that we aren't sending all the tech, and training their people to our missile technology. So does this mean that we are having USA troops sending missiles into Russia?

We are indeed a Republic, one with a constitution that clearly says shall not be infringed. So if we're sticking to the whole Republic things it doesn't matter what the public wants cause the government is specifically forbidden from regulating firearms.
