Your sample sucks, a few years back maxim magazine ranked Tempe IIRC the American city with the hottest women, same climate, 90 minutes away, Tucson has a favorable male to female population. Seriously, I've traveled California, Nashville, PNW, Midwest, CO, MT, etc, we have the most acceptable attractive women.
The pink building in your picture is the county courthouse. I'm an hour you'd find 30 women as attractive as the ones pictured, half employees with their shit together, and half hot blooded Latinas facing a DV charge for fighting.

Every single 'beauty contest' of any type ever has always been fake, and always will be.West Coast women are good at fitness and clothes and makeup, I'll give you that. And a lot of plastic surgery.
But nothing beats the natural beauty of the South. I don't even like the South and I admit it's true.
Georgia, north Florida, north Alabama, East TN, and western Carolinas have hands-down the hottest women. Sorry.
But if you like the air-brushed fakes in Maxim, with pro photographers that can even make Sarah Silverman look hot, then yeah you probably like west coast plastic.
I'm from the upper midwest. We are not a comely people. But the average Georgia girl is a 7 with regular 10s, and even an 11 spotted once a day.
Yes I've been through Arizona a couple of times and lived in California and traveled there for work. LA, SD, and SF.
