The wife has been watching some reruns of this series. I think both Angie Harmon and Sasha Alexander are damn fine, but I can't decide which one's better looking. What's the consensus here"

The one on the right is better looking. In the show, the one on the left is more into guns and kicking ass.
 
The one on the right is better looking but neither of them get me to excited. I'm not saying I wouldnt give either one of them a solid 29 seconeds....

Your sample sucks, a few years back maxim magazine ranked Tempe IIRC the American city with the hottest women, same climate, 90 minutes away, Tucson has a favorable male to female population. Seriously, I've traveled California, Nashville, PNW, Midwest, CO, MT, etc, we have the most acceptable attractive women.

The pink building in your picture is the county courthouse. I'm an hour you'd find 30 women as attractive as the ones pictured, half employees with their shit together, and half hot blooded Latinas facing a DV charge for fighting.
