What's a popular/proper location to mount a remote oil filter for a '94 5.0L?

Opinions on frame mounting?

I'm looking at this set up:

Don't use that questionable aftermarket shit and definitly don't run stupid long hoses. They WILL reduce your oil pressure a lot when cold.

Get yourself the oil filter adapter and oil cooler off of a 5.0 Explorer.

I'm sure it works but it's not the same kit OP posted. Those generic aluminum mounts are fairly restrictive (I ported one recently) where they enter/exit the filter and you have two vs his one.

You also can't just bolt on a 5.0 oil cooler that is proven to work really damn well whereas he can.

Where's your pressure sender and what's your pump relief at?

Pressure sender is factory, as is the pump relief.

But where's it located? Some engines put them before the filter, some after, some in the middle of the galley, some the end, etc, etc.

I don't know duramax stuff.
