I am setting up a Dana 60 that uses Super Duty 99-04 front caliper set up. Any objections to using stock front brake lines down to each caliper just like on the front? Then use a T fitting up on the frame.

I can't think of any reasons why this wouldn't work or not be preferred. Just easier to plumb using $20 factory front lines then doing hoses at each caliper, then hard to a T on the axle, then finding something to go up to the frame that will mount to my axle that no longer has a vent bolt on the tube.

Can work just fine. That is essentially how all new vehicles are doing it anyways with 4wheel ABS.

I prefer to run lines down the upper links then over to each caliper. Its just cleaner and I don't ever worry about getting a brakehose smashed or overstretching them.

Gotcha

I have a set of front lines on their way. I'll see how they look. Just trying to make life easy using a $20 factory line instead of a $100 custom or AN set up.

Thanks

I like to run hard lines any time that I can, less chance of a squishy brake pedal.
