I did knock the race back off a bit. The snap ring was twisting as I squeezed it and popping out or the needle nose jaws, I don't have any long needle nose, just normal length maybe that's the problem.hammering the bearing race off the snap ring for a li'l bit of clearance helps a lot too
It seems every automotive project I do has a certain amount of blood sacrifice that is required. After that, things start going well....Toss a **** out there? You have to find the projects preferred swear word, it’s not a one size fits all scenario

Looks cool. If you want to spend a little $ just for building material buy something like these below.TP holder.. couple China wrenches and an old dirt bike sprocket. Hardest part was getting the patina on it.. couldn’t get the chrome off the wrenches without a grinder.. multiple times heating to red hot just made em funny colors.
It's a SpaceKapWho makes that topper? Been looking for one for the work truck, about to pull the trigger on a Brand FX
Sure ya do, just add a solenoid and a switch. Use the same tractor function for both.I don't have enough hydraulics to mount it to a rotator.
Yeah I could do that but not ready at this time, plus rotators are expensive!Sure ya do, just add a solenoid and a switch. Use the same tractor function for both.
Cowboy killers. Man if I had access to that shop's scrap bin again.must smoke some heavy cigarettes
About a year ago we were at the Rennaissance Festival and my niece found some armor she wanted. It was $900
I figured how hard can it be?
I bought the pattern on etsy and spent way more money and time than I thought I would making her a dragon scale battle skirt.
Are you asking about the leather scales?Looks fantastic. Are the scales metal or plastic?
Now that you say that they do look like leather. Disregard my previous question. Are you asking about the leather scales?
Thanks, They are faux leather. The plans called for leather but I ain't spending that much on it. It took about 1.5 yards of vinyl to make them. About $35 vs several hundred for leather.Looks fantastic. Are the scales metal or plastic?
naw, turns out you were right. They are plastic. Now that you say that they do look like leather. Disregard my previous question.
keep an eye out for leather couches and chairs on the craigslistAbout $35 vs several hundred for leather.
Good ideakeep an eye out for leather couches and chairs on the craigslist
strip the leather, burn the couch
Better ideaStrip the leather, leave the couch on the side of the road where you found it. They already committed to having trash on the curb, might as well make it trashier trash
