That looks like a rare tritip, which I approve. What cut is that?
Picanha. Momma cut off the fat layer. $30cdn at Costco. I told her we should fill a freezer just with these things.

Thyme, sage, rosemary, onion powder garlic powder and olive oil. Sealed and sous-vide cooked, then seared on the fire pit.

It really was one of the best meals I've had.
 
Pikania on the firepit with prawns/bacon and corn, again.
Somehow still not tired of this.

...and red wine sangria with apples, cherries and homemade candied lemons.
