I stepped out of my comfort zone on this work trip. I do love some hotpot, but the "bacon thinking" part was a bit tough to get down. The sesame and spice seasoning helped to physically hide it.

Looks like a Brazilian / Portagee thing. I was adopted into a Portagee family, I’ve never heard of it. But… my family elders were not very gifted with cooking over fire skills.
