Yes OME springs are military wrapped. I have a set of the cs009r springs.

Im also running the ome springs. Pretty much a new "ruf". Free shipping from 4wheel parts I think. Plus they off set the wheel foward.
I ended up bastardpacking them because they sat pretty tall stock, but been wheeling them since 2017 and would buy them again.

I ran Rancho 44044s front and rear on my CJ7 for 15 years. They were in rough shape for the last few years and a main leaf finally broke on Barrett Lake trail in 2019.
I replaced them with custom Alcan Springs. I had them made stock height, reverse eyes, and military wrapped. Nice that you can get exactly what you want and they are far superior and ride way better than the Ranchos ever did. They aren't the cheapest option but they are quality leafs!

I broke so many 44044's it's not even funny
I've been running oem replacement toyota pickup rear spring. Used a new set of 1st gen rears mixed with a set of older springs I had for a 7 leaf pack and it works well. I found 5 was too soft for the winch and v6 on the front. It's nice not to have 40 year old springs for the top 2 springs.

Those ome rear leafs up front are a nice ride and flex crazy, but seem very overwhelmed. Like just going down a hill they would damn near bottom out. I didn't think they would last very long.
I'd try BDS. Made in Canada, lifetime warranty. You can get the leafs individually.

I believe the Rancho 44044s are a 2.5" lift spring. They were for fullsize Cherokees which are spring under accounting for the additional arch.
