Raceline Fake beadlock bolts (corrosion)

Get yourself some of this and put it on the bolt threads:

Corrosion inhibitor I use on a lot of stuff, commonly used in the marine industry. Basically I think it's lambs fat, same greasy brown stuff that is in petro wrap (spelling?) used for wrapping hydraulic fittings to protect from corrosion

Same as Fluid Film?

Same as Fluid Film?
I’ve never used fluid film, but this has more of a wax like consistency - I was introduced to using it working on fishing boats up there in Alaska, since everything seems to be either aluminum or stainless. Aluminum being so reactive and corrosion prone, we used to use that stuff on everything. My beadlock rings are held on by zinc plated bolts threading into an aluminum wheel, and that’s what I use on them. Would do the same if they were stainless

To OP: I just re-read the initial post. For some reason I was making the assumption that you were talking about rusting in the threads, but you later posted a pic showing the bolt heads rusted, so lanocote probably won't solve your problem. It'd still be a good product to use on the threads of the bolts though.

If the bolts are rusting like that, they aren't stainless. Guessing they're zinc plated and just look stainless so you thought they were stainless? So your best bet if you didn't print them out of plastic would probably be to just get new zinc plated bolts and get another 6 years out of them

There is always ARP bolts. I got a hell of good price from a race team supplier to NAscar and others. Nothing is packaged. a 150-200 bolt order wi make everyone smile. Especially if you say that you can wait for their next full shipment. Some stainless will rust. Check the grades before you buy.. MArine grade bolts are usually about grade 3 in a steel bolt. Probably not good enough for rings. (Grade 5 , 8, or 9.).

Fake bolts can be had in aluminum. Polishing helps seal the metal and longer shine.
