So we decided to go to air to water inter cooler so we had to rework a few things in the back and make a new mount up front but it fits soooooo much better and the rest of the boost tubes just fit like it was made for it...!

Well this is about where we are at in the build been plumbing everything and knocking out the little shit that takes forever.... we are waiting on some custom parts: power steering pump and alternator / and coolant cross over tube delete and water pump delete.

That intercooler fits real nice. Will you have a dedicated radiator for it? If not, it might be kind of small. I guess testing will tell. Man this thing is a feast for the eyes.

that cooler that is behind the pass seat is going to before that it will have its own fan and elec water pump

Fitting 20lbs of shit in a 2 lbs bag.... but Radium sure makes nice shit that’s for sure

What is the round turbo looking part right above the fuel pressure regulator in this picture?

yep its a electric water pump... the OE pump is going away to make room for the p/s pump and alternator brackets and it will have a nice alum -16 fitting to plum coolant to...

Playing the game of Millimeters on this made a new water pump mount due to making room for the inter cooler radiator taken up the space it was before... need to still move the pump like 1/8” as the big -12 fitting took more space then I had planned for...

I'm surprised to see dead nodes on a build of the caliber.
The diagonal B hoop to C beltline tube / shock mount is unsupported below the belt line tube.

yeah I seen that...

Kalif built the chassis and beats the shit out of his and hasnt had any issues and these cars are so light.... this one should be 3000-3100 lbs. time will tell

Still working on plumbing when you live in the mountains you have to wait on parts but plumbing is about done!

built a tool to roll the aluminum for the roof out of scrap axle tubes and what not .... still need to trim to how my buddy is going to want it to look and fit

we also drop the boost tube off to get the blow of valve tig weld on since I don’t have a tig welder yet

we also got a bracket kit that deletes the rear water cross over pipe, water pump delete, p/s pump and alternator mount I’ll have to get pics of these nicely made aluminum parts we have been waiting on for a long time

One issue we have ran into is we are working with the guy that made the brackets as we need a clocking ring to rotate the throttle body to clear the alternator and the tube under the lt side shock mount.... he sent us a 3D tester and it’s close but going to need a few more degrees out of it to make it work.

in the photo you can see the small gap on the throttle body to spacer/clocking ring but we have space on the engine side next to the alternator

Still working on this thing plumbing is about done finally... started putting fluids in it and we got all the belt and brackets system in and working this has been a long time coming it’s taken 12 months to get these with everything going on

Fluids going in most things, waiting on a part for the plasma cut so we can cut the oil pan skid plate out... our buddy that is ocd with wiring cars is going to do all the wiring on this car so it will go to his place in the next few weeks

Coming out great, I love the build! Any more progress?
Yeah I’ve been slacking getting any updates but it’s pretty much done going to load it up and have our buddy wire it up for sure down in Denver....

How wide is that Chassis at the B pillar? Seems like i've read how small these Kelif Chassis are but you seem to have a lot of room between the seats on yours!

Love seeing updates on this thread. can't wait to see it wheeling.

I’m pretty sure it’s 48” wide but I’ll check that a little later today

we are sooo ready to get out!! Hopefully in a few weeks or with then the month just depends when we can get it in line for wiring a d not sure if it will need to go to the dyno or not for some tuning we’ll see... this will be one of the 1st cars running this drivetrain up and going.

I verified it’s 48” at the B pillar I think the Prp seats are pretty skinny my chassis is 50” and my Corbeau are much closer then his

Well it’s done........ kinda.... needs wiring and it will have to go to the dyno to get tuned but making some progress

I’ll post up once we get it back from wiring hopefully this thing sounds cool!

But I’m the mean time I’ll jump on to the the project
