Privacy fence tech in chit chat

Bumping this to the top... I have removed a steel "wrought iron" style fence because I am chewing up my patio currently. I need to set a post VERY close to the house and I have all sorts of headaches in the general surrounding area...

With these metal posts are they buried in concrete or bolted down to a footing?

Wifey wants a TALL privacy fence as the existing fence was too see through. I DO NOT WANT TO BOLT THE FENCE TO THE HOUSE. Too many heaving issues in my yard due to a high water table. I was going to pop a 6x6 on each end as it's basically a one panel fence that needs to be added but very interested to learn more about metal...

When we had hurricane damage insurance wouldn't cover any of the fence unless it was actually attached to the house at some point. If that's a concern.

Not up in the banana belt of Southwestern Ontario. Part of the fence is attached to my house on the opposite side from before my ownership but I don't want to take more chances...

Bumping this again… are the hybrid fences (steel/aluminum posts and wood) bolted to concrete? How does a sail panel like that handle wind loads when it’s not 4ft down?
