Per liberal governor Browns plan to end the violence in Portland . In other words Leo’s are giving the liberal leadership of Oregon the middle finger.. :lmao:
 
Why would you send your people into a no-win situation where the outcome of performing your duties will probably get you on every newscast as a racist, abuser, or a murdered thus ending your career and possibly your freedom?

Hell to the no would I send anyone in my charge into that shitstorm.

I heard this morning in passing one of the talking heads on the big screen saying that if you call out a city that has rioting/looting/arson and even high Covid #'s because of its Democratic government that you are divisive. Really? So now being truthful is now divisive.
 
I like how Trump said as he shrugged his shoulders, he could have this solved in an hour, but Portland doesn't want anything to do with it.

I keep thinking of Rorschach's opening monologue in The Watchmen.


This city is afraid of me. I have seen it's true face. The streets are extended gutters and the gutters are full of blood and when the drains finally scab over, all the vermin will drown. The accumulated filth of all their sex and murder will foam up about their waists and all the whores and politicians will look up and shout "Save us!"...




...and I'll look down, and whisper "no."
 
Glad to see these sheriffs standing for their staff and calling out the governor publicly. Pretty brassy of her to make a public announcement of a plan that included them without asking them first. She got what she deserved. Plenty of counties in Oregon are red and don't have out of control riots.
 
This is perfect. It's nice to know there are people in positions of power that are looking out for their crew by not entertaining idiotic requests from morons that have no idea what they are doing. The play stupid games, win stupid prizes mantra applies...nobody should be shocked when others don't want to play along with you.
