Bought the dual type, pot/pod . Piece of shit lasted 6 mo at 2 cups a day. The little insert leaked about 60 percent of the time too. It was the Hamilton beach about $99

Anyone have something better? I don't need the pot this go around. Just want it to last and I want to use my own coffee.

Funny, we have that one you posted and it's been the longest lasting for us. We've had it 6 or 7 yrs now. Made my coffee just fine this morning. We have the pod one no pot in the rv. Had it 4yrs and flawless.

Well shit. It makes noises then the display says "overload" do you use the pod side everyday? I make 2 cups a day every day.

I bought a cheap piece of junk because I only wanted an occasional morning cup for the drive into work:

So far, it seems like it is going well in the month and has paid for itself by not buying gas station coffee 'refills' or pretty close.

My goal was single shot, no frills coffee maker.

I also bought reusable k cups to be ultra cheap:

These had me worried about how tight they were. Given I've never used k cup, I wasn't sure what to expect. They were only a little tighter than store bought k cup.

Update:laughing:

Went to trouble shoot and saw "clean the needle" right off the bat. :lmao:

My needle was constipated. Never had this problem with my own coffee but I've been using the dunkin pods just to try them:homer:

Esplain please. Wtf is a French press?
A huge Frenchmen with a wild mustache press you against the wall briefly in a way that you think is sexual, but you're not quite sure. He's very apologetic, but speaking in French so you're not sure what is happening exactly. You part ways and for the rest of your life you will occasionally ponder on that weird encounter in moments of reflection.

:flipoff2:

Cure Egg at work been going for 4 or 5 years without fuss.

isn't it just discharging water at that point?
only so much schnozz inside the set tiny amount of beans

That is correct. Although I don't perceive a difference between 6 and 10oz on my current machine. Then again I don't black coffee like a real man, so I probably just enjoy drinking hot sugar water more than the actual coffee anyway.

do the 6oz one twice then
open and close the lid to make it think you changed plastic cancer cartridges in between

K-cups :barf:

I drink 48 oz of coffee every morning. Hate k cups and pods coffee. Tastes like plastic sadness

Same.
Hamilton flex brew been making 4 or 5 cups of coffee a day for like 4 years at my house.
The little single pod thing is a piece of shit though and holds water about 50% of the time.

We’ve got a standard Krig at the office, that poor thing does 10+ cups a day for the last 4 years.

I generally don’t drink coffee on the weekends

I use a delonghi espresso machine. :flipoff2:
How do you like it? I’m debating picking one up eventually.

Pods are for faggots. Get a real coffee maker. Mine is probably 70 years old. It makes 2 cups of coffee

I put pod in, drink comes out 20 secs later, I'm happy.

That thing needs a stove and by the times it's done cooking im already in the shitter from mine doing it's magic.
