All right I am set to fly out of PDX Sunday morning to Sacramento to pick up my new to me forester. Originally I was going to have my wife drive me to the airport and then just drive it home. Well she has a slipped disc in her neck and cant drive any real distance currently. So my improvised plan is drive my truck and trialer down to portland and find a place to park it. Find a ride to the airport and fly out. Do the DMV shit Monday morning and then head home. Drive to Portland area and load forester on trailer and drive home.

Anyone have a place that can store a truck and 16’ flatbed for 2 days?

I have used the Aeroporter going to SeaTac
I'd be shocked if there wasn't one for PDX
ones that goes to your end of the county is probably the next challenge

It was nice to just get there and go without wondering how stolen your personal belongings were going to be when you got back

Portland to sac is a pretty easy day drive. Just drive down and tow it back?
Nobody in Portland has any space..... part of the reason it's so shitty. Ha.

Its 2.4 hrs from my place to portland airport. So en extra 5 hrs rnd trip. Its cheaper tp grab a $200 flight then the gas down and back with a trailer.

If you have time, tap into your local flying community
I know you drive by two small airports before you get to 'town'
and I would pop in there and see if anyone is headed to Pearson
worth a try
get a taxi across the river and be done with it

Just park in economy lot. Use far right lane when exiting. Plenty of room in the far east side. You’ll have to walk to the bus.

This, small airports are usually reasonably secure.

the police encourage this behavior, that is bad advise
PFX is Blue as it gets
?

What behavior

It's a dead end road our company owns all the property behind them. Very safe as nobody else has any reason to be there nor do they want to be as they would have to cruise by the giant popo facility. It was a genuine offer. But you be you:flipoff2:
