Other place, other time Forum there was member, I think he was TnToy or similar. He shot 9mm competition and linked videos that were helpful and intuitive. So I am looking to improve my casual plinking shooting at 7-15 yards with several semi autos I have in 9mm and .380 auto. Are there any recommendations, say Youtube, on improving, ie grip, sight picture anything ? FWIW I shoot an old 357 Smith and Wesson revolver much better than any plastic weapon with a slide on it. Not looking at adding any new weapons, or taking lessons at this stage just yet, just getting better results with what I have. For example, with all three autos, I always hit left, or high left. Do you correct your POA or adjust the sights ? That kind of help. The S&W I can drill the 10/X but the 9mms all group 4-6inches and are off center and ugly. - Thanks

I reload and have a world class range 20 minutes away.

Military arms channel, colion noir, humble marksman, even nutnfancy have helpful videos based around teaching new owners when blm riots broke out. They also have some practical carry tips.

I like this guy, here’s one example but he has many others titled under “fundamentals.”

He’s also a big proponent of RDS on handguns, I finally tried one out and found it made me a better shot with irons as well. Basically if you’re doing something wrong, the dot disappears.

Thanks Gator. Still slacking off here on reloading 500 rounds with a single stage before I shoot again. :emb:

edit: 9 min in and I have some good info on my grip and POI issue. Only negative is that he is left handed and . . .
