Yeah, I run a JeepRods group. Saw that abortion.

Not sure they're related, I thought but could not say it... just because you can, doesn't always mean you should...:flipoff2:

Anyone have some JB Weld? I need to finish my T304 stainless side pipe headers.

Building headers... then windshield, brush the aluminum and apply a matte clear wrap with the graphics.

Have different rims and tires for it, will be completely outside the body.

Looking good. I really like the wide band below the windshield. It gives it a sporty short windshield while still blocking the wind. Was that stock? Got to say the whole thing looks way more sporty than a Jeep.

Nitpic, what’s going on where the hood meets the grill by the fender?

That fits just like factory. At least, my CJ2A looked just like that. The gap kinda tightened up when you engage the springy hood latches.

I plan to cut and dish the hood to fit like not factory.

Once again Brother you are nailing it!!!!
Thanks brother.

Doing all the little shit bug fixes in the first 300miles, sucks.

Like GM didn't put a dipstick on truck based 8L90E's and has a dealer only fluid check/fill tool. Fuck that, B&M makes a dip stick. It's on the way.

This fucking thing is scary.

300 miles? I’ve got 2000 miles on my project and still working out bugs. How about some outside pics?

Things that make you giggle.

Do you have a pic of the inside showing how you did the wipers. Wipers were a big problem on my build. Looks like they could even be more of a pain on your folding windshield. (Unless there’s some kind of stock setup)

Electric boat.

So, I am resetting the controls for the driver in October and November and I need about 1" of seat drop.

Anyone have some really low seat mounts /sliders? These are about 3" tall.

I did a lot of research and found C4 corvette seats are known to be the most comfortable of Corvettes. I got some for my truck and I love them. They are very low and I can confirm they are very comfortable. The only seats that I know of that are lower are the ones in my Delorean, but they are not comfortable. I’m seriously considering switching them to C4 seats. (They might be too tall for that car.)

I would have to go back through your thread, but I thought you allready had your seats. If so, the C4 mounts/sliders might work. They are low, but probably they only work with the C4 seats. If you don’t have the seats yet, you should sit in a C4 to judge. They would look great in Pinky.
