Simple raw vegetables turned into something you may actually want to eat. Gather your bounty of goodness from your garden and/or your local grocery purveyor. I use some regular tomatos, white onion, jalapenos, habanero, cilantro, a lemon, and salt as pictured below.
Cut up your tomatos, I dump out the seeds and slime from inside but if you want to keep that go for it.

After you chop up your onion stick them in a strainer and wash them...

...trust me and do this. Washing off all the sulfenic(sp?) acid makes for a much mellower taste.

For the peppers I use one of those :rainbow: chopping things because it's easy and touching your cock after handling peppers is not fun. I don't use the guts and seeds but you can if you want to.

Mix well and leave to fester in your refrigeration device or eat right away.
I find it is delicious with chips, tacos, burritos, or whatever.

So it's chunky Paces "New York City?" Stuff that goes on tortilla chips?

Edit. Sals la...just remembered the name. Try to avoid it, messes my guts up.
