1lb italian sausage
1/2 onion chopped
2 cloves garlic
1 16 oz can of your favorite tomato sauce
2 tbsp italian seasoning
2 chicken bullion cubes
~ 2 cups water
2 cups elbow macaroni
1 bunch whole leaf fresh spinach

1) Cook sausage in a soup pot with the onion.
2) add the garlic and cook for 1 minute
3)add the tomato sauce and bullion cubes
4)add macaroni and italian seasoning
5) add enough water to cover the macaroni cook for 8 minutes covered on low
6) test macaroni for doneenss cook more if needed otherwise shut off heat.
7) Put your spinach in, mix thoroughly and cover.
8) let rest for 3 minutes and enjoy.

I usually include a fuck load of fresh ground pepper in the recipe but my family doesn't like pepper so I just add it to my own dish.
