Looking to buy 2 carbs from Autoline Products Ltd. | Remanufactured & New Auto Parts Experts

It appears you have to be a distributor to buy from them.

Not sure how to get to them but they seem to be the only ones that have the carb I am looking for: C847

I found them from Rock Auto but they are out of the manual choke versions.

Anyone have a line on this rebuilder?

Ebay?

I take it "C847A" is the automatic model?

Auto Choke, yes

Electric or heat stove? Wouldnt be too hard to adapt...or, gut it and wire up cable.

Auto Choke, yes

That one I linked is the only non auto I found. Everyone else shows them out of stock, which leads me to believe they're NLA or at least the manufacturer hasn't done a run of them in a long time.

Go buy a 350 or 500cfm (whatever cfm you need) 2 barrel Holley carb with a manual choke because it sure looks like one minus the chinkanese touches in the picture you posted.

Edit: *Unless you are restoring something and want period correct parts.

Holley 7448 and 4412 are just a quick change in jets amd vale to flop either from 350 t0 500 cfm

I will take the OEM Autolite 2100 over the Holley for offroad and economy any day of the week, they also do a better job at managing altitude changes.

These are correct manual choke using original castings, not chinese crap, otherwise I could clusterfuck the $90 Amazon ones that are chi-com crap.

1970-ish since they went to Motorcraft instead of Autolite... :)

Electric fuel pump didn't help? :flipoff2:
Asshole... :lmao:

Multiple issues... last time I touched the carb was probably early 80's and when I saw a rebuilt one for sale I picked it up (been looking for a TRUE manual choke rebuilt for years)... I was impressed with the one I got, now to do the other rigs... :)

I was gonna have to rebuild the one I had and the cross shafts were really worn and it had plenty of leaks to overcome.

I still need to rebuild the selector valve so more questions may be coming... But I will put those in the Ford forum.

Uhhhh no,

CFM rates are determined by the size of the butterflies, not the jets and power valve.

You can make them work better, but they are not gonna change the CFM.

Take it up with holley, same bodies, same everything

You are very wrong about that and the Nascar weekly racing series tracks carb checking gauges would tell you the same thing. The 500cfm carbs have bigger throats and butterflies and wouldn't pass as a 350cfm carb in any way shape or form. The rules give no fucks about what power valves or jets your running because that doesn't determine the CFM the carb will flow. :homer:

Alright, then I'm all screwed up  I'd have to go back through the notes as it made no sense to me, but that's what they were showing for the 4412 and 7448 2v

I know of at least two people on other forums who know their shit who have looked over and run the Chinese 2100 clones and said they're good/fine.

The Chinese 2100 my 66 f100 came with works but expect to replace the accel pump and power valve because whatever rubber they used wasn't fuel rated and it peeled off the diaphram.

None of the chi-com ones I have seen are manual choke.

I kinda like knowing how it is set and the pull off is 'driver regulated' so adjustment is all in my head.

Plus the Bronco's both have the factory choke cables still in place... One has the Throttle cable.... ;)

So put a manual choke conversion on it... It's $13 Amazon.com

That's what's on mine because I needed to choke to get it restarted without the accelerator pump. Accelerator pump diaphram was $5 from AutoZone so it at least has that again. But it's running pig rich so the power valve is probably leaking now.
