PAE and other sovereign citizens

Sovereign citizens are loons. No other way to describe them. They basically disavow the entire constitution.

I'd love to be a cop, everyone I pulled over would be going in for a psych check once they start rambling about it.

^^ Spoken like true statists.

Please explain. I'm all for less government in everyone's lives, but I also know declaring myself king of my yard and trying to stop paying property taxes and hanging homemade plates on my truck probably wont go well for long.

You made my point all on your own.

You wouldn't be able to drive your truck in the road anyway. You wouldn't have the right to use them.

People that live in CA are loons.
People that want to move to Idaho are loons.
Old people are loons.
RVers are loons.
People with ..... are loons.

Judge much?

I get the most basic logic behind sovereign citizenship and even agree with it in theory. It's the blatant disregard for reality and stupid, clearly incorrect legal arguments they try to make that make the entire thing so absurd though. That, and all the stupid little phrases they repeat ad nauseam that mean absolutely nothing.

AM I BEING DETAINED?

Really depends how well spoken you are, and your knowledge of law.
I personally know several sovereigns. They pay property taxes, but that's where it ends. No plates, no income taxes etc. They do get harassed some, but not to the extent you'd think. (There is quite the sovereign population around here).
They know the law, and fight back. You should see the string of lawsuits the local sheriff, judges, highway patrolmen all have on them PERSONALLY.
If you're knowledge enough, and have the time you can make it work.
I agree with the principles, but I'm neither smart enough or have the time. Besides even if I was sovereign, my employer won't stop withdrawal of taxes.

I'd like to know what all in entailed on being a sovereign citizen, from their own point of view.

Why not? I see meskins driving on roads in the states all the time. No plates, they just write "IN TOW" on the back. LEO never harass them.

It's spelled "En Toe"

I think because they know it will be a pain in the ass just like dealing with a sovereign citizen.

I know several state nationals. Generally....or generically called sovereign citizens. They don't fawk with those aware of the law to avoid precedent.

13th amendment forward through the so called reconstruction amendments are muddy.

Study of the 14th with all of the recorded arguments of those forced to defend it's or their penning leaves quite a bit of clarity. They sure as fawk didn't intend on birthright citizenship.

Considering Burr and Hamilton when the ideals of risking it all were still fresh from lived experience...the 14th pretty much killed true freedom via central banking....made us all slaves. With the sketchy ratification...room for refusal.

There are either states rights or no. Gets more no every day.

Or is everything going to the most free...we have ever been. Especially speech.

Building socialism with capitolism in the country side....hard to do....but it's moving along now.

RVers are loons.

Well, they do tend to go to sleep around 10pm every night. Which I find a little odd. All those years tent camping everyone stays up and parties until midnight or more. Ever since we started doing the RV parks, it's like a creepy ghost town every night.

Can I still be offended if I just have a popup, or do I really need a travel trailer to get my blood pressure up over this?

Not getting caught breaking the law is different than not breaking the law.

Let's skip all of the armchair Soliciting and skip right to the Law Prof. and retired Police Detective.

Never talk to the police
