Our battery box has been crafted to accommodate the base dimensions of the Optima 34/78 battery, measuring 9.75" in length, 6.8" in width, and 6.63" in height. It is important to note that our measurements differ from those listed on Optima's website, as they include the battery cap and terminals, which sit above our box's sides and hold down.
At the widest points, the outside dimensions of our box measure approximately 10" in length, 8.58" in width, and 6.85" in height. To keep costs reasonable, we have used mild steel, which is more than adequate for applications that do not require a show truck finish. Additionally, our battery box is unidirectional, allowing for mounting on either side.
Please note that this battery box only fits the Group 34/78 Optima Red, Yellow, and Blue top batteries and is sold individually. So, whether you're a fabricator or just looking for a secure and customizable battery housing, our Optima Single Battery Box is an excellent choice.

Optima Single Battery Box
Designed with fabricators in mind, our battery box is constructed from a single piece of steel, requiring no welds and boasting tight tolerances to prevent battery movement.
