I am behind the curve. Been watching Fred Williams and Ion ? johnson. Is their info pretty good? Ion was married to Jessie Combs= he must be a HERO!!

Anywhere you find Fred or Ian the program is gonna be pretty solid. Some of it is obviously dumbed down for the masses but it's good.

XOR went down when some woman and a ? took over. Pretty much unwatchable. Found Ian on another show.
